What is Cowtown Cleaning Service's Guarantee?
We care about our house cleaning service to you and we are not satisfied if you're not. Please notify us within 24 hrs after service if you are not completely satisfied. We will schedule you for the next business day to come back and make it right FREE OF CHARGE. THEREFORE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!!!

Anything We Can't Help With?
Due to health concerns we do not clean cat litter boxes. Blood, vomit and anything else along those lines needs to be cleaned by a bio-hazard cleaning service. We also do not lift anything, move furniture or move appliances over 15 lbs.

Do You Require A Contract?
No. Please Note, service may be terminated at any time (with a 24 hour or more notice) by either party. As of 12-1-16, we will require a credit card be put on file, upon new service. All One-Time Cleanings will require a $50.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT paid at the time of booking and will be taken off of final total due at the time of service.  In the event of a cancellation (without reschedule) less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee of 1/2 of your usual cleaning amount.  If we come to clean, and there is no answer at the door or the prearranged mode of entry (example: a certain door will be unlocked for entry, key will be under the door mat, etc.), you will be charged a $25.00 trip fee.

Do You Bring Your Own Supplies and Equipment?
Yes, we provide all the  supplies needed. Please N0te, We DO NOT provide
the Carpet Vacuum cleaner due to allergy and airborne illness dangers.
